MarketScience
Real Estate Investment Advisors
About Us
MarketScience offers an integrated set of services that encompass the complete lifecycle of real estate investment.  MarketScience helps its clients buy, finance, manage, and sell investment real estate.  MarketScience focuses specifically on South Florida real estate, especially Miami-Dade County.

The MarketScience Difference

MarketScience differentiates itself in the following ways:
  • MarketScience is focused on the needs of financially motivated investors, not owner-occupiers that are motivated by a combination of price, amenities, location, and other criteria.
  • Our services provide coverage of the entire real estate investment lifecycle.  Real estate is a more logistically complex investment vehicle than other common investments, such as stocks and bonds.  Unlike stocks and bonds, which can be researched, bought, and sold via the click of a mouse, real estate investment typically requires active participation in a number of activities that comprise what we call the Real Estate Investment Lifecycle.  The primary components of the Real Estate Investment Lifecycle include the purchase, financing, management and eventual sale of property.
  • MarketScience offers an integrated set of real estate services.  Because the services are integrated, valuable advice and counsel can be provided across and between each step of the real estate investment lifecycle.  For example, renovation advice and planning can be provided during the property purchase step.  This approach can help clients avoid costly mistakes before a transaction is consummated.

Process, Technology, Results

Success is achieved through an emphasis on process, technology, and results.
  • Process.  From the initial investment requirements analysis phase to the post-contract closing process, MarketScience guides its clients through a disciplined and well-defined real estate investment purchase process.  Some may say our processes are overly detailed, but we believe there is no better way to ensure success.  We recognize the importance of each and every client transaction, and our investment in process management is a reflection of that.
  • Technology.  Technology is a crucial part of our business.  We have invested in technology to not only improve our client service, but to improve our overall investment results for our clients.  From client relationship management, to deal sourcing and analysis tools, to the most robust and data rich client-accessible MLS interfaces, MarketScience sets the standard for technology-driven real estate investment services.
  • Results.  All the process management and technology in the world would be for naught if the results do not meet client expectations.  MarketScience works closely with its clients to explicitly define success criteria.  After we define success, we bring to bear sophisticated technology, proven processes, and a world class team of professionals to deliver the only thing that really matters - results.
